Do you have proven experience in delivering professional training programs? Tharwah Academy is expanding its network of expert trainers and we’re looking for passionate instructors in the following fields:

• Human Resources (HR) – including best practices, employment laws, and organizational development.
• Accounting & Finance – from fundamentals to advanced practices.
• Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) – workplace safety, compliance, and risk management.
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) – practical applications, tools, and emerging trends.
• Cybersecurity – protecting systems, data, and organizations in today’s digital world.

What We’re Looking For:

• Demonstrated experience in teaching or delivering training programs in one of the above fields.
• Professional certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD, CPA, NEBOSH, CISSP, etc.) are highly valued.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to engage, inspire, and simplify complex topics for diverse learners.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions tailored to diploma programs.
• Develop customized learning content to meet learner and market needs.
