Experience

Minimum 3 years of experience in Installation, preferably in Modular Furniture industry.

Education

Bachelor/Diploma Degree in interior design or relevant.

Others

Past experience in Middle Eastern countries is desirable.

Position Title Description – وصف المسمى الوظيفي

The Installation Supervisor is responsible to plan, schedule, and manage the day-to-day installations done by the company for all the brands. He will visit the customer sites, advise installers and coordinate with them in achieving installations in line with client specifications and company guidelines.

Key Responsibilities – المهام الرئيسية

• Schedule and manage teams for installation of jobs and monitor the progress on a day-to-day basis.
• Plan for and manage contingencies related to availability of teams, logistic support and cancellations.
• Visit customer sites to facilitate initiation of work, to supervise installation, to check on quality post installation and to solve technical issues on site.
• Oversee installation crews and ensure that products are installed according to design specifications and company standards.
• Follow-up with customers from day 1 until handing over the job.
• Ensure that requirements of fillers and immediate on-the-site requirements are effectively communicated to fabrication department.
• Train, guide and motivate teams to improve their performance.
• Ability to work to strict deadlines in a fast paced and target driven environment which ensures timely and thorough installation of ready product.
• Constantly innovate and improve processes to develop and implement improvement in installation processes.
• Act as the liaison between installers, factory and designers for all issues.
• Make suggestions for improvement in areas of cost reduction, processes and productivity.
