Job description

We are looking for an Electrical/Mechanical Inspector with hands-on experience on INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECTS. We offer a rare opportunity to work within an organization where individual contribution makes a significant difference.

Responsibilities:

  1. Undertake overview supervision duties on site to ensure general compliance of the works with shop drawings, specifications, and contract requirements and when necessary address deficiencies associated with the same.
  2. Coordinate all aspects of submittals, review, and approvals against contract requirements and when applicable report and advise on deviations from the same.
  3. Report on a daily basis to the Site Engineer on all activities occurring on site.
  4. Assist the Senior Engineer in all aspects of the final acceptance of the work and close out all applicable contracts related to the same.
  5. Coordinate with the team on site to ensure that contractual obligations are met.
  6. Give clear, concise, and understandable instructions to Contractors to avoid abortive works and errors. Follow up with staff to ensure compliance with requirements.
  7. Prepare Snag Lists and follow up on remedial works until works are found satisfactory.
