Driving an exceptional fan experience across SPL through data-driven insights and analysis. This role will work closely with teams, stadiums, and the league Operations to understand fan behavior, preferences, and pain points, and then use that information to implement strategies and initiatives that enhance the overall fan experience.
Operational Responsibilities:
Oversee the collection, analysis, and reporting of fan data from various sources (ticketing, merchandise sales, social media, surveys, etc.)
Identify key trends, patterns, and opportunities in fan behavior and preferences.
Partner with teams, stadium operators, and league staff to implement fan experience initiatives and programs.
Monitor and evaluate the success of fan experience initiatives, making data-driven recommendations for optimization.
Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and fan engagement teams to ensure a holistic approach to the fan experience.
Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging fan engagement technologies.
Serve as a subject matter expert and trusted advisor on all matters related to the fan experience.
Strategic & Leadership Responsibilities:
Execute strategies to improve fan engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty based on data-driven insights.
Identify key drivers, patterns, and opportunities that can inform the development of fan engagement effective strategies and tactical initiatives.
Conduct competitive analysis to understand fan engagement strategies and activities of rival leagues and sports organizations.

Education & Professional Experience:
Bachelor's degree in data analytics, business analytics, sports management, or a related field.
Minimum 6 years of experience in data analysis, insights generation, and commercial strategy development, preferably in the sports industry.
Other Knowledge & Skills:
Proficiency in data gathering, analysis, and visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong understanding of commercial business models, revenue streams, and sponsorship valuation in the sports industry.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with the Saudi sports industry and the Saudi Professional League is preferred.
