Job description

The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment.

You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales.

Responsibilities

• Manage portfolio of small customers
• Carry out sales leads research
• Telephone canvassing
• Promote CMA CGM Support Group Services and VAS / CEVA
• Collect and structure information about clients
• Follow-up customers regarding quotations sent to them
• Monitor SQ expiration / not booked
• Help to Maintain Market ID
• Contact with pricers on Freight & DDSM claims
• Create and follow up customer complaints
• Contribute to dispute resolution
• Back-up for Outside Sales (Sales executives)
• Any other task requested the direct manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration / Shipping and logistics or equivalent
• At least 1 - 3 years' of sales experience
