A leading international provider of downhole tools, drilling equipment, and engineering services is seeking an Inside Sales Manager for its operations in Dammam. The company partners with operators and service companies across the Middle East, delivering precision-engineered solutions, manufacturing and repair services, and innovative technologies that support safe and efficient drilling operations.

Their product lines span drilling and completion tools, stabilisers, BHA components, tubulars, and specialist repair and machining services, making them a trusted name in the oil & gas sector.

The Inside Sales Manager will play a hands-on role in tendering, quoting, and managing customer relationships, while ensuring technical sales support for both new and existing clients.

The role is ideal for someone with a background in drilling equipment and/or downhole tools, who understands the technical requirements of the sector and can effectively manage the full sales process cycle.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle day-to-day inside sales activities including tenders, quotes, and customer enquiries
  • Support the external sales team by developing new business opportunities across KSA
  • Provide technical input to clients on drilling tools, downhole equipment, and related services
  • Maintain accurate sales records, forecasts, and pipeline reporting
  • Act as a key link between customers and operations teams to ensure quality service delivery
  • Prepare commercial proposals, contracts, and pricing submissions
  • Gather and report on competitor and market intelligence

Requirements

  • Experience in inside sales / technical sales within oilfield services or oilfield equipment manufacturing
  • Solid understanding of drilling equipment, downhole tools, tubulars, stabilisers, or related product lines
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to translate technical knowledge into customer solutions
  • Organised, detail-focused, and experienced with CRM systems and structured sales processes
  • Based in, or open to relocating to, Dammam, Saudi Arabia
