Tetra Pak Manufacturing Ltd. is looking for an Inside Sales Manager who will independently and proactively drive the Services business growth in a specific territory within a market company, based on industry mapping, identifying, prioritizing and pursuing business opportunities with existing transactional accounts and securing future business. He/she will also be responsible for developing and driving the execution of Services sales plan aligned with Services Market Growth Initiatives and customer business objectives.

What you will do
  • Deliver financial targets of Services business, for assigned transactional customers
  • Relevant industry mapping (within the assigned territory) and tapping full sales potential by using digital tools (CRM/Salesforce) and data insights
  • Accelerate Services sales funnel: generate, nurture, prioritize and close sales opportunities
  • Identify customer needs and drive opportunities in line with Tetra Pak global business strategy, market growth initiatives and Services plans
  • Secure accurate Services sales forecasting for assigned transactional accounts. Ensure that the account receivable expectations are met for account
  • Coordinate cross functional activities: ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by the customer
  • Portfolio Deployment: Ensure that the relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed and delivers a strong value proposition
  • Work closely with all functions, Packaging, Processing and Services to secure sustainable business growth
We believe you have
  • Minimum 5years of Sales/Services/Business Development experience in Tetra Pak or externally minimum 8years of BD experience.
  • Have successful track record of generating new business
  • Understanding of local market, customers and portfolio to identifyopportunities
  • Ability to assess and qualify leads and opportunities along all three businesses – Packaging, Services and Processing
  • Arabic and Englishlanguage
  • Strong demonstration of Value Selling
  • Knowledge of Services portfolio, Customer Management and Processing is highly preferred
  • Communication Skills
  • Adherence to commercial compliance
