We are seeking an experienced and creative Innovation Consultant to join our team at HUED. This role is ideal for a visionary professional who thrives in fast-paced, collaborative environments and has a passion for driving impactful innovation across industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with internal stakeholders to identify innovation opportunities aligned with business strategy.

• Lead workshops, design sprints, ideation sessions, and stakeholder interviews.

• Conduct market, customer, and competitor research to inform innovation strategies.

• Apply frameworks such as Design Thinking, Lean Startup, and Agile for developing, testing, and iterating concepts.

• Design and manage innovation programs, pilots, and proof-of-concept initiatives.

• Evaluate new ideas for feasibility, viability, and desirability using qualitative and quantitative methods.

• Collaborate with product, marketing, finance, R&D, and operations teams to bring innovations to life.

• Create compelling business cases and presentations for executive stakeholders.

• Monitor global innovation trends, startup ecosystems, and emerging technologies.

• Mentor junior colleagues and contribute to internal innovation capability building.
  
  Qualifications & Skills

  Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Design, Engineering, or a related field.

  • MBA or Master’s degree preferred.
    

  Experience:

  • 5+ years in innovation consulting, strategy, product development, or a related field.

  • Proven track record managing end-to-end innovation or strategic initiatives.

  • Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and change projects.
    

  Skills & Tools:

  • Deep knowledge of innovation methodologies (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Startup, Jobs to Be Done).

  • Strong facilitation, storytelling, and executive communication skills.

  • Analytical mindset with experience in business model design and market analysis.

  • Creative thinker who thrives in ambiguity and drives execution.

  • Familiarity with tools like Miro, Figma, Power BI, Tableau, or similar is a plus.
    

  Languages:

  • Proficiency in Arabic and English required.
