Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop accurate and detailed 3D BIM models of infrastructure utilities including culverts, manholes, chambers, water tanks, and sewage tanks.
2. Coordinate with Civil, Structural, and MEP teams to integrate utility networks and ensure interdisciplinary model coordination.
3. Use Revit and Navisworks for modeling, coordination, and clash detection.
4. Interpret and translate design intent and engineering documentation into high-quality BIM models.
5. Maintain and update models according to design revisions and field data.
6. Follow project-specific BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure compliance with BIM standards.
7. Assist in producing detailed drawings, schedules, and material take-offs from BIM models.
8. Participate in coordination meetings, reviews, and clash resolution workshops.
9. Ensure accurate file management and version control within the Common Data Environment (CDE).

Key Qualifications:

1. Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
2. 3-7 years of experience in BIM modeling for infrastructure projects.
3. Proven hands-on experience with Autodesk Revit and Navisworks.
4. Strong understanding of utility structures such as culverts, manholes, chambers, and tanks.
5. Ability to read and interpret civil and utility design drawings.
6. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.
7. Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in a multidisciplinary team.
