Job Description

Role Purpose:

• Understanding of customer strategies and business requirements.
• Creating architectural technologies and business roadmaps that result in strong business/IT alignment and drive adoption and usage of technology across the enterprise.
• Collaborating with key infrastructure domains, presales, and customer architects.
• Having a strong delivery and solution architecture view, assessing business needs, capacity management, and establishing the technical framework.
• Deep understanding of at least one tower in data center technologies, such as:
• Virtualization (VCF)
• Unix
• AD & Exchange
• Storage & Backup
• Network (LAN & WAN) and Security
• Service Integration & Management tools
• Excellent ability to handle customer and IT vendors.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively present findings and reports at local and senior management levels.
