IT Support Specialist | ?????? ???????????
Responsibilities:
Provide technical support to employees regarding computer hardware and operating systems.
Troubleshoot and resolve company server issues efficiently to ensure business continuity.
Diagnose and fix problems related to printers and scanners.
Resolve internet and network issues within the company to maintain a stable and secure connection.
Set up and configure meetings, ensuring proper functionality of presentation and communication tools.
Requirements:
Proven experience in IT support and network/system administration.
Strong knowledge of Windows and Linux operating systems.
Knowledge of network protocols and configurations, including TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VLANs.
Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills to provide professional technical assistance to employees.
Preferred certifications such as CompTIA A+, CCNA, or equivalent.
