Job Summary:

Responsible for providing technical support to end-users, diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network issues, as well as maintaining IT systems to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to support requests via phone, email, or ticketing system.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues (hardware, software, network).
  • Install and configure computer hardware, software, and applications for new users.
  • Maintain and support desktops, laptops, printers, and local networks (LAN/WAN).
  • Provide support for operating systems (Windows, macOS) and office applications (MS Office, email).
  • Document issues and solutions to improve support processes.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to resolve complex technical problems.
  • Train and guide staff on best practices for using IT resources.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in IT support or Helpdesk.
