Job description

Required Experience:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; PgMP preferred.

- Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas Industry.

- 15 years of experience in digital & IT technologies, with at least 10 years specialized in digital technology project management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Serve as Project Manager for one or more elements within the PMO Program and Project Management business, including scope, schedule, cost, risk, and change management.
  2. Lead, direct, influence, and utilize extensive technical knowledge to evaluate and resolve significant project issues.
  3. Negotiate and establish achievable cost and schedule parameters based on program and business process knowledge.
  4. Manage teams and matrix reports to meet project requirements.
  5. Organize project resources and tasks, including contractors, vendors, and third parties, defining and managing effective project tasks and resources.
  6. Develop full-scale project plans, manage budgets, and implement project changes to achieve desired outputs.
  7. Control project costs by managing budgets, processing invoices, and performing risk management to minimize risks.
  8. Develop and manage project schedules, measure performance, and report progress to management.
  9. Ensure safety compliance, develop QA/QC and HSE plans, and resolve non-conformities.
  10. Report, analyze, and present project evaluations, progress, problems, and solutions, providing alternatives to keep projects on track.
  11. Facilitate project handover processes, including walkthroughs, documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring a complete transition to end users.
