Information Technology Project Manager

Saudi Readymix is seeking a highly motivated and experienced IT Project Manager to lead and deliver critical IT projects that align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented individual with a proven track record of successfully managing complex IT initiatives from initiation to closure. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and monitoring project progress, ensuring on-time and within-budget delivery while maintaining high quality standards. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities:

1. Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of multiple major IT projects, including defining scope, developing detailed project plans, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring timely delivery.
2. Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
3. Build and manage high-performing project teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring clear roles and responsibilities.
4. Monitor and track project progress, identify and mitigate risks and issues, and proactively implement corrective actions.
5. Manage project budgets, track expenses, and ensure projects are delivered within allocated financial resources.
6. Ensure adherence to project management methodologies, standards, and best practices.
7. Facilitate regular project meetings and provide clear and concise status reports to stakeholders, including senior management.
8. Manage and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk registers, issue logs, and change requests.
9. Effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
10. Ensure the quality and successful implementation of project deliverables.
11. Conduct post-project reviews to identify lessons learned and implement improvements for future projects.
12. Contribute to the development and improvement of project management processes and methodologies within the organization.

Must Haves:

1. PMP (Project Management Professional) Certification from the Project Management Institute (PMI).
2. Minimum of 5 years of proven experience successfully leading and delivering at least five (5) major IT projects within leading and respected organizations.
3. Demonstrated expertise in all aspects of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
4. Strong leadership, communication (both written and verbal), interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
5. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
6. Proven ability to manage project budgets and resources effectively.
7. Experience in risk management, issue resolution, and change management.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
9. Proficiency in project management software and tools.

Nice to Have:

1. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations implementation and management.
2. Experience managing Mobile Application development projects (iOS and/or Android).
3. Experience with Business Intelligence (BI) and data analytics projects.
4. Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence (AI) and other emerging technologies.
5. Concrete & ReadyMix industry experience and understanding of related business processes and IT systems.
6. Experience with cloud-based technologies and deployments.
7. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
