Job description

Required Experience:

- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related discipline.

- Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; PgMP preferred.

- Mandatory experience in the Oil & Gas industry.

- 15 years of experience in digital & IT technologies, with at least 10 years in digital technology project management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as Project Manager for PMO programs and projects, overseeing Scope, Schedule, Cost, Risk, and Change Management.
  2. Lead, direct, influence, and utilize extensive technical knowledge to evaluate and resolve significant project issues.
  3. Negotiate and establish achievable cost and schedule parameters based on program and business process knowledge.
  4. Manage teams and matrix reports to fulfill project requirements daily.
  5. Organize project resources and tasks, including contractors, vendors, and third parties, defining and managing effective project tasks and resources.
  6. Develop full-scale project plans, manage budgets, and control project costs, including processing invoices and performing risk management.
  7. Develop project schedules, implement changes, measure performance, and report progress to management.
  8. Ensure safety, develop QA/QC plans, and confirm HSE compliance, resolving any non-conformities.
  9. Report, analyze, and evaluate project results, manage scope, schedule, and cost changes, and present progress reports with solutions.
  10. Facilitate project handover, including walkthroughs, documentation, tracking deliverables, and ensuring a complete transition to end users.
