Job description

Job Title: Procurement Project Coordinator – S4/HANA

Location: On-site – Jeddah

Salary: Competitive

Contract Duration: 1-Year Fixed-Term

Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Procurement Project Coordinator to support a major ERP (SAP S/4HANA) rollout within a leading organization. The successful candidate will act as a key interface between the Procurement function and the ERP implementation team, ensuring seamless integration of procurement data and processes into the new system. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a high-impact transformation project in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the main procurement point of contact for the ERP implementation project.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders across Procurement, IT, and Project Management, as well as external suppliers, to ensure procurement data is accurate and ERP-ready.
  • Clean, validate, and prepare procurement master data (vendors, materials, pricing, etc.) for system migration.
  • Track and manage master data submissions, ensuring quality and completeness.
  • Support the documentation and alignment of procurement process flows in line with ERP best practices.
  • Participate in system testing, including creating and executing test scenarios and supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  • Assist in conducting training sessions and provide post-go-live support for procurement users.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to upload supplier contracts and pricing agreements into the ERP system.
  • Identify and escalate any risks, gaps, or inconsistencies in data or processes.
  • Maintain clear and organized documentation of all procurement-related project activities.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in procurement or supply chain operations; experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage.
  • Familiarity with SAP MM and experience in ERP implementation projects, preferably SAP S/4HANA.
  • Strong understanding of procurement and procure-to-pay (P2P) processes.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, especially when handling large data sets.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel; knowledge of data management tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English; ability to influence and collaborate across teams effectively.
