Overview
Take responsibility for managing a module of work or a small project with a 1-2 member team. Involve leading client teams and structuring analyses to answer critical client questions. Key goals include acting as a role model internally, developing expert status with middle management client staff, and starting to take on business development tasks such as proposals and client pitches.
Responsibilities
- Lead small consulting projects from start to finish, taking charge of individual modules within large engagements.
- Conduct research, interview external experts, analyze data and industry trends, and develop actionable recommendations.
- Create high-quality consulting deliverables focused on client outcomes and present these to regional and global client representatives, occasionally in face-to-face meetings.
- Ensure client satisfaction by paying attention to detail, developing thought leadership, and becoming a trusted advisor.
- Maintain regular communication with clients about project progress.
- Assist senior colleagues with proposal creation and business development initiatives.
- Manage key stakeholders by sector or practice area to meet or exceed expectations and adhere to timelines.
- Develop excellent quality content.
- Collaborate with a global team of experts to enhance the customer experience.
Qualifications
We’re looking for candidates who:
- Are proficient in research methodologies, skilled at acquiring, analyzing, and managing information.
- Have a passion for technology and a strong understanding of ICT market trends in areas such as connected workplace, customer experience, IT applications and services, digital media, and telecommunications.
- Can build respectful and competent relationships with clients and stakeholders in the Saudi ICT community.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications and Experience
- Hold a Master’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or similar fields.
- Have approximately 5 years of relevant research and consulting experience.
- Are fluent in Arabic and have professional command of English, both written and spoken.
- Are well-organized and detail-oriented.
- Take ownership of work and can operate independently with remote supervision.
- Can multi-task and meet tight deadlines.
- Adhere to high-quality standards and are disciplined.
- Are strategic thinkers who understand how operational activities support overall business strategy.
