What You'll Do

Cisco is seeking an Industry Sales Lead, Hospitality, to join its EMEA Strategic Engagement Team (SET) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This senior role involves developing and executing Cisco’s sales strategy, industry value proposition, and building relationships within the Hospitality and Tourism sector in Saudi Arabia. The role requires previous industry sales experience and established relationships in the Saudi Hospitality Sector, including with contractors, real estate developers, and hospitality brands. The candidate will collaborate with Cisco’s local teams to drive solution selling and grow sales pipelines.

Who You'll Work With

The SET team helps customers transform their infrastructure, reduce costs, and accelerate digitization in a software-driven, AI-enabled, cloud-first environment. We manage large, strategic deals and work closely with account teams and leadership to structure multi-year transformational agreements, including Cisco-as-a-Service and Industry Solutions. The team leads pursuit efforts, orchestrating cross-functional resources to deliver solutions that meet customer needs and drive business outcomes.

Minimum Requirements
  • Over 10 years of experience in selling industry solutions to senior executives in IT and Lines of Business within Hospitality and Tourism sectors.
  • Strong industry knowledge and relationships in Saudi Arabia’s Hospitality sector.
  • Proven ability to develop business strategies, close deals, and deliver results.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to lead change in a matrixed environment.
  • Experience in managing pipelines, reporting in SFDC, and escalating risks proactively.
