Overview:

The Industrial Security Manager ensures ADC’s infrastructure, personnel, and information comply with national and sector-specific industrial security mandates such as SAIS guidelines. This role liaises with internal teams, external users and government stakeholders to implement and audit industrial security frameworks.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with industrial security mandates including SAIS frameworks.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across facilities and operations.
• Develop and maintain industrial security plans, policies, and emergency response protocols.
• Coordinate with regulatory bodies for inspections, updates, and formal submissions.
• Liaise with users regarding the compliance with industrial securities requirements
• Train internal teams on physical and personnel industrial security policies.
• Lead incident investigation and reporting in line with government expectations.
• Monitor industrial security technology implementations with internal teams
• Liaise with project and facility management teams to secure new and existing infrastructure.
