Job description

Responsible for conducting thorough investigations into incidents such as theft, property damage, misconduct, and forgery within work and residential areas. Ensures a safe and orderly environment by coordinating with relevant internal departments for appropriate follow-up actions. Oversees a team of security investigators and submits findings for managerial review and resolution.

Qualifications : Key Responsibilities

Investigate reported incidents involving theft, vandalism, fraud, financial irregularities, bribery, misuse of identification or access credentials, and disputes or misconduct in residential or workplace settings.

Prepare and submit detailed investigation reports to the department head, highlighting findings and recommending actions.

Liaise with internal departments, including Human Resources, to ensure proper handling of cases that require administrative or disciplinary measures. Maintain communication with local authorities when required.

Mediate interpersonal disputes in communal areas, ensuring peaceful resolutions with agreement from all parties involved and with oversight from senior security leadership.

Maintain organized records of all investigations and provide regular data summaries and statistics for reporting and analysis.

Undertake additional duties and responsibilities as assigned by security leadership.
