The position focuses on developing sales strategies and maintaining client relationships across various sectors, including oil & gas and infrastructure.

Qualifications

  • 3–6 years of experience in industrial sales, energy solutions, or construction sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of industrial systems, project costing, and energy optimization.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients.
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations for smooth project execution.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management.

Overview

We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer (Industrial Engineer) who will focus on promoting and selling technical solutions in industrial systems, energy optimization, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have a strong industrial engineering background combined with business acumen.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
  • Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and payment collection.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management on progress against KPIs.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets (manufacturing, energy optimization, oil & gas, data centers, infrastructure).
  • Conduct regular client visits, site surveys, and market mapping to generate qualified leads.
  • Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and professional associations
  • Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to explain products / systems to consultants, contractors, and end-users.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and clarifications.
  • Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical consultants to secure repeat business.
