Overview
We are looking for a driven Sales Engineer (Industrial Engineer) who will focus on promoting and selling technical solutions in industrial systems, energy optimization, and infrastructure projects. The candidate should have a strong industrial engineering background combined with business acumen.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and payment terms with clients in alignment with company policies.
- Coordinate with finance, logistics, and operations to ensure smooth project execution and payment collection.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and regular reports to management on progress against KPIs.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets (manufacturing, energy optimization, oil & gas, data centers, infrastructure).
- Conduct regular client visits, site surveys, and market mapping to generate qualified leads.
- Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events, and professional associations
- Deliver technical presentations, demos, and workshops to explain products / systems to consultants, contractors, and end-users.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, ensuring timely follow-ups and clarifications.
- Build long-term relationships with decision-makers, procurement teams, and technical consultants to secure repeat business.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- 3–6 years of experience in industrial sales, energy solutions, or construction sectors.
- Strong knowledge of industrial systems, project costing, and energy optimization.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM systems.
