Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and talented Indian Chef to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge and experience in preparing Hyderabadi, Indian, Fusion, and Continental cuisine. The chef will be responsible for creating high-quality dishes, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook a variety of Hyderabadi, Indian, Fusion, and Continental dishes with authenticity and excellence.
  • Develop and design new menu items that reflect the restaurant's culinary style.
  • Ensure the highest standards of food quality, taste, and presentation.
  • Manage kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating.
  • Supervise and train kitchen staff to ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations.
  • Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe kitchen environment in compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to plan and execute special events and promotions.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and continuously improve culinary skills.

Qualifications:
