We are seeking an experienced Incident Manager to oversee and resolve incidents efficiently, ensuring minimal disruption to business services. This role requires strong leadership, process optimization, and coordination across multiple teams to enhance incident management effectiveness and maintain compliance with SLAs and KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
