Description and Requirements

Lenovo announced a strategic collaboration last year with Alat, a subsidiary of the Public Investment Fund (PIF). This partnership includes a significant US$2 billion in zero coupon convertible bonds, marking a major milestone in our growth and innovation efforts.

The collaboration was officially launched by the CEOs of both companies, who inaugurated during LEAP 2025 the land designated for a new sustainable factory in Riyadh (SILZ).

The Incentives Manager will oversee incentive-related planning and execution, manage P&L and cost analyses, and provide financial insights to support regional decision-making. The ideal candidate will have strong financial and business acumen, with a good understanding of government programs and local regulations.

Your day-to-day responsibilities:

  • Lead financial tracking, reporting, and analysis of RHQ-related incentive programs.
  • Develop ad hoc financial analyses and monitor budgets to support RHQ operations.
  • Conduct detailed P&L, cost, and variance analyses to identify risks and opportunities.
  • Coordinate with finance, legal, and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with government incentive requirements and milestones.
  • Support financial due diligence and analysis for special projects.

What you’ll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in financial analysis or business planning, preferably in tech or IT industries.
  • Strong skills in financial modeling, forecasting, and reporting tools.
  • Experience with or knowledge of KSA national entities or local incentive programs is a plus.
  • Fluency in Arabic and English (spoken and written) is required.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, capable of handling complex data and delivering actionable insights.
