The Interior Design Inspector is responsible for ensuring that interior design projects comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations. This role involves inspecting various aspects of interior spaces, including materials, finishes, furnishings, and overall design execution, to ensure quality and adherence to design specifications

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of interior design projects at various stages of completion.
• Verify that materials, finishes, and furnishings meet specified standards and design plans.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Document inspection findings and provide detailed reports to project managers and design teams.
• Identify and communicate any discrepancies or issues that need to be addressed.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to resolve any design or compliance issues.
• Stay updated on current trends, materials, and technologies in interior design.
• Provide recommendations for improvements and best practices in design and construction processes.

Required Qualification and Skills:

• Bachelors degree in Architecture, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in interior design or a related field.
• Certification or licensure as an Interior Designer or Inspector is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in design software and tools is a plus.
