Job summary

Johns Hopkins Aramco Healthcare seeks an Associate Program Coordinator for the Medical ICU Unit Manager role. The incumbent will provide clinical direction, coordinate division activities, and maintain 24-hour accountability for nursing and clinical services.

Experience includes 9 years in clinical nursing with at least 3 years in management. Requires a Master’s degree and Nursing degree; fluency in English is essential, Arabic desirable.

Qualifications

• Master's degree is required.
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing is required.
• 9 years clinical nursing experience with at least 3 years in management.
• Fluent in English; Arabic desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical direction and leadership for the Nursing/Clinical Services Division.
• Coordinate and manage activities within the division and maintain 24-hour accountability.
• Develop departmental goals, policies, and cost-effective patient care practices.
• Monitor KPIs, patient satisfaction, and staff engagement; oversee staffing and education.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards (CBAHI, JCI, IHI) and quality improvement initiatives.
