Job description

We are looking for an Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Program Director (PD) who will lead several projects in the CSS (Cloud Software Services) BOS domain (BSS/OSS) towards achieving goals related to scope, time, costs, and quality, in accordance with agreements with the project sponsor. The PD will ensure that product and service contracts are delivered satisfactorily to the Customer, Program sponsor, and Ericsson. Responsibilities include recording project details, clarifying scope, securing resources, planning, monitoring activities, and engaging stakeholders depending on project complexity and category.

What you will do:

1. Build strong relationships with customers at C-Level (IT, Engineering, Marketing, Finance, etc.) and maintain a daily presence at customer sites to foster trust.
2. Manage operational relationships with customers, including meetings and events to ensure high satisfaction.
3. Oversee contract fulfillment, establish program organization, clarify scope, and secure resources at appropriate costs.
4. Ensure delivery compliance with contractual and business case requirements.
5. Manage scope and change requests meticulously, assessing impacts, obtaining approvals, and maintaining documentation for transparency.
6. Have hands-on experience in project delivery.
7. Drive program execution, ensuring delivery aligns with scope and deadlines.
8. Identify and guide up-sales opportunities.
9. Collaborate with the account team during presales, focusing on contract strategy, cost estimation, and resource planning.
