Responsibilities

1. Design, implement, and manage ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and telecommunications systems
2. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure optimal performance and uptime
3. Support and maintain both hardware and software systems to align with business needs
4. Ensure data security and integrity across all ICT systems and develop strategies for backup and disaster recovery
5. Collaborate with project teams to assess technology requirements and provide solutions that enhance operational efficiency

7. Provide training and support to staff on ICT systems and best practices

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or Information Systems
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in ICT engineering
3. CompTIA Network CNWE Certification
4. CWSP Certification
5. Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification
6. Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification
7. Strong knowledge of networking protocols, hardware, and software systems
8. Experience with cloud services and virtualization technologies
9. Proficiency in system security and data protection methods
10. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
11. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with technical and non-technical teams
12. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
