Job description

We are currently seeking a highly experienced ICT Engineer to join our team on a major airport infrastructure project in Riyadh. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ELV/ICT systems design, coordination, and implementation with at least 12 years of experience, preferably on large-scale aviation or infrastructure projects. Experience in a PMC (Project Management Consultant) capacity will be an advantage.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunication, or a related field.
  • Minimum 12 years of relevant experience with a focus on ICT systems in major infrastructure projects, preferably airports.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT design standards, codes, and best practices.
  • Previous experience with a PMC or engineering consultancy is mandatory.
  • Proficiency in reviewing drawings, specifications, and project documentation.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Familiarity with BIM and coordination tools is an advantage.
  • Saudi Council of Engineers (SCE) registration is preferred.

Responsibilities
  • Design, review, and coordinate all ICT/ELV systems including structured cabling, data networks, CCTV, access control, BMS, PAVA, and fire alarm systems.
  • Oversee contractors’ design submissions and ensure compliance with international and local codes and project specifications.
  • Lead coordination efforts with other engineering disciplines such as electrical, mechanical, and architectural teams.
  • Review method statements, material submittals, and shop drawings related to ICT systems.
  • Support the project team in resolving technical issues, RFIs, and design clarifications.
  • Participate in progress meetings, site inspections, and quality assurance processes.
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with the schedule, scope, and quality expectations.
  • Act as the focal point between the client, contractor, and other stakeholders regarding ICT/ELV matters.
