We are seeking an experienced IBM Maximo Consultant to lead the implementation, customization, and optimization of Maximo Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Maximo s core modules, integration capabilities, and best practices, ensuring seamless alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Client Engagement & Solution Design

• Collaborate with clients to understand their business processes, challenges, and goals.
• Gather and analyze requirements to design and implement effective Maximo solutions.
• Provide expert recommendations on Maximo best practices and system enhancements.

Implementation & Customization

• Lead the deployment of IBM Maximo, including configuration, customization, and integration with other enterprise systems.
• Develop and implement custom applications, workflows, and automation scripts.
• Optimize system performance by analyzing data and identifying areas for improvement.

System Administration & Data Management

• Perform data migration for assets and related records while ensuring accuracy and integrity.
• Manage system configurations, user roles, security settings, and administration tasks.
• Oversee database backup, recovery processes, and documentation of process designs.

Training & Support

• Conduct user training sessions on Maximo functionalities and best practices.
• Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for clients.
