IB PYP COORDINATOR

The PYP Coordinator plays a key role in leading the PYP curriculum implementation, developing and maintaining a well-balanced Program of Inquiry, and guiding the overall learning journey at the school.

Job Description

Leadership

1. Support and mentor new PYP teachers in classroom practices and curriculum implementation.
2. Offer input and constructive feedback on learning engagements upon request and when possible.
3. Facilitate opportunities for peer observation among teachers and provide ongoing support through regular classroom visits.
