A luxury hotel in Al Khobar is seeking a Hygiene and Wellbeing Manager to ensure cleanliness, safety, and wellness for all guests and staff. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience in hotel operations or hygiene roles, with strong communication and customer service skills. This role is essential to maintaining Hyatt International standards and contributing to the property's success.
To manage the hygiene and wellbeing function as a key operational area, in line with Hyatt International standards and brand values, ensuring the highest levels of cleanliness, safety, and wellness for colleagues and guests, while supporting operational efficiency and contributing to the overall success of the property.
Ideally, with a relevant degree or diploma in Health & Safety, or a related field. Minimum 2 years’ work experience in hotel operations or a hygiene/wellbeing-related role. Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills are essential, with the ability to engage and motivate colleagues in maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and wellbeing.
