Hydrojetting Supervisor

Tasks, Responsibilities and Accountability:

1. Lead and manage hydro jetting crews during industrial cleaning operations, ensuring adherence to project scope, safety protocols, and time schedules.
2. Allocate daily work assignments and oversee the execution of tasks to maintain productivity and efficiency.
3. Conduct daily toolbox talks with crew members prior to starting work.
4. Ensure all hydro jetting equipment is inspected, maintained, and operated according to manufacturer guidelines and safety standards.
5. Monitor and adjust water pressure, nozzle types, and flow rates depending on the task and surface being cleaned.
6. Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to ensure seamless integration with other operations and schedules.

Educational Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent (mandatory).
• Technical or vocational training in mechanical, industrial maintenance, or related fields is highly preferred.
• Certifications in hydro jetting, confined space entry, working at heights, and HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) are a strong advantage.

Experience:

• 5+ Years of Experience in Similar Field.
