We're Hiring HVAC Technician
A leading Facility Management company is seeking a skilled HVAC Technician to handle installation, maintenance, and repair of residential and commercial air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate should have hands-on HVAC experience and strong troubleshooting skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Install, inspect, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems and components (e.g., compressors, evaporators, motors, fans).
Perform routine preventative maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical issues in AC units and determine appropriate solutions.
Replace worn or defective parts and complete system upgrades when necessary.
Monitor and adjust controls to regulate system operations.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and building codes.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating repair progress and recommendations to clients.
Respond promptly to service calls and emergency repairs when required.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent; technical school or HVAC certification preferred.
Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role.
Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and techniques.
EPA Certification for handling refrigerants (if required by local regulations).
