Job description

To carry out HVAC operations and maintenance activities—including inspections, preventive, corrective, and repair works—in accordance with set standards and procedures for the relevant assets within the premises. The goal is to ensure their timely availability, reliability, safety, and efficiency.

Responsibilities include:

1. Understanding refrigeration cycle components and reading basic diagrams.
2. Diagnosing faults and suggesting mechanical or electrical repairs.
3. Performing repairs on heating, ventilation, refrigeration, and cooling systems (such as AHU, FCU, DX, split units, exhaust fans).
4. Repairing HVAC electrical faults and restoring systems to normal operational conditions.
5. Reading BTU meters when required and compiling information clearly.
6. Investigating and repairing HVAC-related BMS faults, including temperature and pressure sensors.
7. Managing operational duties in chilled water plants.

Desired Candidate Profile:

1. Diploma or a 2-year Industrial Training Course in a relevant field.
2. 5 to 7 years of experience in maintenance within the relevant field.
3. Proficiency in English, strong coordination and communication skills, numerical skills, ability to follow SOPs and work instructions, knowledge of health and safety standards, and job-specific skills.
