A leading company in HVAC is searching for a skilled HVAC Technician. The candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems across various settings. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background and proven experience, demonstrating expertise in troubleshooting and compliance with safety standards. We are seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Technician to install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in commercial, industrial, or residential settings. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HVAC systems and controls, demonstrate excellent troubleshooting abilities, and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Install, inspect, and maintain HVAC systems including split units, chillers, air handlers, ductwork, and ventilation systems.
Diagnose mechanical and electrical malfunctions and repair or replace defective components.
Perform routine preventive maintenance to ensure HVAC systems operate efficiently.
Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and manuals.
Test HVAC systems for proper functioning and compliance with safety and performance standards.
Monitor and control system operations via BMS (Building Management System), where applicable.
Maintain records of repairs, service reports, and inventory of parts and tools.
Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
Respond to emergency maintenance requests on a timely basis.
Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other maintenance staff.
ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical Engineering or related technical field.
Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or in a similar role.
Valid HVAC certification or license (preferred, if applicable per country regulations).
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
Proficiency in using HVAC tools and diagnostic equipment.
Understanding of electrical and mechanical schematics.
Knowledge of local HVAC codes, safety protocols, and compliance standards.
Basic computer and documentation skills.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Physical stamina and ability to work in confined spaces or at heights, as required.
