Job summary

Client of M. GHEEWALA GLOBAL HR is seeking a seasoned HVAC maintenance technician in the Medina region. The candidate should hold a high diploma with vocational HVAC training and possess hands-on experience in 6 years of maintenance, including a minimum of 3 years in a 4,000-ton chilled water facility.

Proficiency in English and PLC knowledge are required. Familiarity with Honeywell and Allen-Bradley PLCs, computer-controlled HVAC systems, and safety standards is preferred.

Qualifications

• High diploma with 2 years vocational HVAC training.
• Certificate of completion for HVAC equipment maintenance course.
• Experience with centrifugal compressors and large 4,000 ton chilled water systems would be ideal.
• English fluency and ability to read technical English documents.

Job description

• High diploma graduate with 2 years vocational school training in HVAC maintenance
• Certificate of completion of HVAC equipment manufacturer maintenance course
• Carrier preferred
• Six 6 years experience in maintenance of HVAC equipment
• At least three years of which should be in a large 4 000 ton chilled water facility
• This Experience would include documented experience on centrifugal compressors
• Air handling and filtering systems
• Familiarity with computer control applications on HVAC systems
• Honeywell and or Allen Bradley PLC experience training desired
• Read write and speak English fluently
• Capable of understanding technical English documentation
• Ability to climb and work at elevated heights
• Familiar with all standards safety is a plus
• Must be possession of a valid home country driver s license
• Physically fit and fully capable of obtaining a driver license
