Duties And Responsibilities

1. Carry out planned preventive maintenance and installation, servicing of all HVAC systems.
2. Perform routine repairs on client sites.
3. Operate and maintain exhaust fans, heaters, and humidifiers.
4. Check and clean air-conditioning switches, controls, insulation, and parameters.
5. Perform daily routines on all HVAC equipment, record data log sheets, and handle service calls from clients.

Centrifugal Chiller (Large Tonnage Chiller)

1. Compressor overhauling
2. Troubleshooting
3. Modification and repair of control circuits
4. Retubing of evaporator and condenser tubes
5. Chiller minor & major servicing
6. Leakage testing, leakage repair, and refrigerant gas recovery

Screw Chillers

1. Start-up and commissioning (Pre-commissioning & Final Commissioning), troubleshooting
2. Replacement of compressors
3. Modification and repair of control circuits
4. Replacement of condenser fans
5. Chiller minor & major servicing

Reciprocating Chillers

1. Start-up and commissioning (Pre-commissioning & Final Commissioning)
2. Replacement of compressors
3. Modification and repair of control circuits
4. Chiller minor & major servicing
5. Repair of cooler leakage
6. Replacement of refrigerant type
7. Leakage testing and repair
8. Overhauling of the top head of reciprocating compressors
9. Inspection of mechanical and electrical parts
