Job Purpose

The Training Coordinator will serve as the central link between departments and external training institutes. This role is responsible for identifying training needs, coordinating programs, and ensuring that employees receive the required certifications and skill development to support their roles.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with department heads to identify employee training needs.
• Communicate with local and international training institutes to arrange relevant courses.
• Facilitate the registration, scheduling, and logistics of training sessions.
• Support employees in enrolling in certification programs and track their progress.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and reporting.
• Maintain accurate training records and documentation.
• Research and liaise with new institutes to expand available training options.
• Ensure all training initiatives align with company goals and compliance standards.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a training coordination or HR support role.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders across departments.
• Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written); Arabic is an advantage.
