Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Saudi Arabia is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor to oversee daily HR operations. The role includes ensuring compliance with Saudi labor laws and supporting talent management initiatives aligned with Vision 2030 objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 7 years of HR experience, a bachelor’s degree in HR or Business Administration, and strong communication skills in Arabic and English. Relevant experience in real estate or construction is preferred.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience in relevant sectors.
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment and onboarding.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law.

As an HR Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day HR operations, ensure compliance with Saudi labor law, and support talent management initiatives that align with the company’s growth and Vision 2030 objectives.

Key Accountabilities:
  • Supervise HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and employee relations.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and HRDF requirements.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures.
  • Support performance management and training initiatives.
  • Manage personnel files, HRIS, and employee records.
  • Act as a point of contact for employees, resolving HR inquiries and issues.
  • Prepare regular HR reports and support audits.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 7 years of HR experience.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
  • Experience in real estate, construction, or investment sectors is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
  • Proficiency in HR systems (HRIS, payroll software).
  • CIPD or SHRM certification is a plus.
