Job Title: HR Supervisor

Location: Jubail, Saudi Arabia

Job Type: Full-time Onsite

Salary: Competitive, based on experience

Experience Required: Minimum 5 years in HR operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated HR Supervisor to oversee and manage the daily operations of our Human Resources department. The ideal candidate will ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws, implement HR policies, and foster a positive work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and performance management.
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in line with organizational goals and legal requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with Saudi labor laws and regulations.
  • Manage employee records, benefits, and payroll processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to HR staff, promoting professional development.
  • Handle disciplinary actions and conflict resolution in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Collaborate with department heads to address staffing needs and organizational changes.
  • Prepare HR reports and analytics for management review.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor laws and HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Arabic.
