Human Resources Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the day-to-day activities of the HR department, ensuring smooth operations.
• Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives that align with the company's business objectives.
• Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, and selection.
• Oversee employee onboarding, training, and development programs.
• Address employee relations and performance management issues, providing guidance and support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong understanding of HR practices, employment laws, and regulatory compliance.
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Proficient in HR software and MS Office Suite.
