Job Title: Human Resources Specialist (Tamheer)

Job Summary:
We are seeking highly motivated and detail-oriented Human Resources Specialists (Tamheer) to join our HR team in Riyadh. These training opportunities focus on Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partner (HRBP) functions, providing hands-on experience in both areas. Successful candidates will gain valuable exposure to recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and HR operations, contributing to the overall HR strategy and business alignment.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist in identifying and attracting top talent through various sourcing strategies, including LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, job boards, social media, and networking platforms.
  2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and assessing qualifications based on job requirements.
  3. Coordinate interviews, schedule assessments, and facilitate communication between candidates and hiring managers.
  4. Prepare offer letters and ensure all onboarding documentation is completed accurately.
  5. Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with data protection regulations.
  6. Collaborate with HRBP teams to support HR initiatives, including employee engagement programs and workforce planning.
  7. Assist in aligning HR best practices with business objectives by working closely with department leaders.
  8. Participate in strategic HR projects that enhance talent management and organizational development efforts.

Minimum Requirements:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or any related field.
  2. Fluency in both Arabic and English.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  4. Not registered in GOSI for a minimum period of Six months.
  5. Must be eligible for the Tamheer program by obtaining acceptance from TAQAT/Hadaf.
  6. Must not have been previously registered under the Tamheer program.
  7. Strong academic background.
  8. Excellent command of English and Arabic.
  9. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  10. Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  11. High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
