Role Description

This is a full-time Human Resources Specialist role located in the Riyadh Region. The specialist will be responsible for managing HR policies, employee benefits, HR management, and personnel management on-site at Medica Clinics.

Qualifications

1. Human Resources (HR) Management and HR Policies skills
2. Employee Benefits and Personnel Management skills
3. Experience in strategic HR planning and implementation
4. Knowledge of Saudi labor laws and regulations
5. Strong interpersonal and communication skills
6. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
7. HR certification is a plus
8. 2+ years related field experience is a plus
9. Good in English and Arabic Communication
