Job summary

A leading HR consultancy in Makkah is looking for a Director of Human Resources to spearhead strategic HR initiatives. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in the hospitality sector, strong knowledge of Saudi labor laws, and the ability to manage both local and international recruitment efforts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources, mandatory experience in the hospitality industry.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian Labor Law.
• Fluent in English with experience hiring locally and internationally.

Description:

• Developing recruitment strategies and managing the selection process.
• HR strategic planning and organizational development (OD).
• Manpower planning, development, and training.
• Talent management, payroll, personnel administration, and compensation & benefits.
• HR analysis and reporting.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in human resources.
• Experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory.
• Experience hiring both locally in Saudi Arabia and internationally.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• HR diploma is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Arabian Labor Law, Social Insurance Law, and Income Taxes Law.
