Job description

We are hiring a results-driven HR Specialist with a strong focus on Talent Acquisition to manage and coordinate recruitment efforts through third-party/outsource manpower agencies. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment process via these external partners to ensure timely, high-quality staffing for internal organizational needs. This includes coordinating between internal hiring teams and external manpower providers, ensuring smooth operations from candidate sourcing to deployment. Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage end-to-end recruitment through third-party/outsource staffing agencies for internal company hiring needs.
  • Act as the main point of contact between the organization and external manpower providers to ensure alignment with hiring requirements.
  • Coordinate closely with internal departments and hiring managers to consolidate manpower needs and communicate them effectively to the agencies.
  • Monitor and follow up on sourcing pipelines provided by external vendors to ensure timely and qualified candidate submissions.
  • Conduct initial screening and assessments for candidates received from agencies before internal interviews.
  • Ensure all agency-submitted hires meet compliance, documentation, and contractual requirements.
  • Oversee onboarding, deployment, and follow-through processes in collaboration with agency representatives and internal operations teams.
  • Maintain up-to-date records, reports, and documentation on outsourced recruitment activities.
  • Build strong relationships with manpower agencies to ensure continued pipeline strength, cost-effectiveness, and service level agreement (SLA) compliance.
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably with experience in third-party staffing, recruitment coordination, or outsourcing operations.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong coordination and communication skills when dealing with internal teams and external manpower providers.
  • Familiarity with labor laws, contract management, and compliance standards related to third-party employment.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and effective under pressure in high-volume, fast-paced recruitment environments.
  • Knowledge or experience using Menaitech HR systems is a strong plus.
