Job Summary: We seek a dedicated HR Specialist to support and oversee various human resource functions. The role involves preparing compensation and benefits packages, maintaining employee records, and ensuring compliance with labor law.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews; provide reports to department managers.
  • Review resumes, perform reference checks, and assess candidates based on departmental needs.
  • Maintain and update employee records.
  • Administer employee compensation and benefits programs.
  • Address workplace concerns, complaints, and disciplinary matters.
  • Prepare and process HR-related documentation and reports.
  • Manage documentation for expatriate recruitment, including contracts, offer letters, and government formalities in compliance with labor laws.
  • Issue employment contracts and official documentation for new hires (IDs, certificates, etc.).
  • Prepare payroll and overtime reports.
  • Track and follow up on employee annual increments.

Key Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi labor law, GOSI, and Qiwa, etc.
  • Intermediate proficiency in English.
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Conflict resolution abilities.
  • Strong time management, organizational, and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field.
