Job Purpose:

To manage and implement day-to-day human resources operations at the project site, acting as the primary liaison between the central HR department and project staff. The role ensures policy compliance, supports recruitment processes, and delivers essential HR services to all employees on-site.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Monitor employee attendance and punctuality, ensuring accurate record-keeping and compliance with company policies.
  • Represent the HR department at the project site by handling administrative HR services such as issuing employment letters and certificates, and enforcing disciplinary actions and company regulations.
  • Receive and screen candidate applications based on the project's hiring needs.
  • Coordinate job interviews between shortlisted candidates and the project management team.
  • Follow up on interview outcomes and ensure recommendations are documented.
  • Prepare and issue job offers in collaboration with the central recruitment team.
  • Maintain continuous communication with the central HR department to ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices and policies across the project.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Diploma or higher in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in HR roles within the project-based or maintenance & operations field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and multitasking skills.
