Location: Riyadh, KSA.
Years of Experience: 4-6 years.
Project Duration: 4 months.
Working Arrangement: on-site.
Language Requirements: Fluency in Arabic & English (written and spoken).
Starting Date: as soon as possible.
We are seeking a Human Resources (HR) Project Manager for a 4-month engagement to oversee and manage key HR functions, including manpower planning, headhunting, and HR operations. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in HR project management and will play a critical role in ensuring efficient execution of HR activities, aligning them with organizational goals.
Key Requirements
4-6 years of overall professional experience.
Proven expertise in managing HR activities from manpower planning, talent acquisition (headhunting), and HR operations.
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, PHR, or CIPD.
Other Qualifications
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach to HR decision-making.
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion.
Proficiency in HR systems and tools for tracking manpower and hiring processes.
Key Responsibilities
HR Project Management
Oversee the execution of HR projects, ensuring alignment with business needs.
Develop and implement HR initiatives related to manpower, hiring, and operations.
Manpower Planning & Workforce Management
Develop and execute workforce planning strategies to meet business demands.
Collaborate with department heads to assess manpower requirements.
Talent Acquisition & Headhunting
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, and hiring.
Implement effective headhunting strategies to attract top talent.
HR Operations & Compliance
Ensure smooth execution of HR policies, employee onboarding, and administrative processes.
Maintain compliance with labor laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement
Provide regular progress reports on HR projects and workforce initiatives.
Work closely with senior leadership to ensure HR strategies support overall business objectives.
