Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This pivotal role involves managing and executing HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, HR platform management, payroll processing, and employee engagement. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with government platforms and be capable of handling daily HR operations with accuracy and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee HR tasks on all government platforms.
- Serve as the primary contact for HR inquiries from employees.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring policy compliance.
- Generate HR reports, dashboards, and leave trackers.
- Prepare and issue employment contracts for new hires.
- Oversee offboarding processes, including exit interviews and final settlements.
- Maintain employee medical insurance records.
- Execute employee engagement programs and recognition initiatives.
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 3-4 years in HR operations, with practical experience using Qiwa, GOSI, Muqeem, Mudad, and Riyadh Chamber platforms.
- Saudi National required.
